Meet the Team!

Please meet Kristen Atkins! Kristen is a member of our packaging department here at Convertible Solutions and has been on our team since September 2023. Kristen wanted to be part of a team, and takes pride in performing at her best every single day. This mindset is put to the test with having over 100 different products in the Convertible Solutions manufacturing portfolio. Every day is a new challenge to ensure that every sheet of paper that is converted, is prepped and packaged to a very specific standard for that product. With Kristen’s background in manufacturing, she was experienced with processes and contributed immediately to improving the processes that were currently in place.

Contributing to Kristen’s mindset of doing her best every single day, she wants to set a great example for her family, especially her three daughters and her new grandchild. “It is important to be a good example to my girls and to show them that with hard work they can be independent and become anything they want to be”, says Kristen. We agree with her!

Outside of work, Kristen loves family time. Along with playing games, taking pictures, going to concerts, and playing sports, Kristen is a diehard St. Louis Cardinals baseball fan.
