In this first installment of our Celebrating the Journey series, our CEO, Aric N. Snyder, reflects on two decades of incredible growth, challenges, and the support of associates, customers, and friends like you.

It’s hard to believe it’s been 20 years! We started with an idea and now, here we are today in 40 countries with our home office in Sedalia, Missouri and European Division in Stuttgart, Germany. What a journey it’s been!

We couldn’t have done it without the trust and support of so many fantastic associates, customers and friends! We’ve had our ups and downs but through it all, thanks to each of you, we continue today.

Thank you to everyone for placing your trust in the Convertible team! We promise to continue keeping your success as our goal as we head into the New Year.
