In the third chapter of our Celebrating the Journey series, former team member Kevin Zimmerman shares his reflections on being one of the first employees of Convertible Solutions.

Wow! 20 years!

It seems like it was just yesterday. I was fortunate to be one of the first employees of Convertible Solutions, back in 2005. We started with two small offices (which three people shared) and have now grown into our own building, with nine offices, two press rooms, an offsite warehouse, and a European division with its own sales office and separate warehouse facility.

From Aric Snyder and George Fry’s visionary ideas, and George’s “never say no” motto, plus the willingness and expertise of the rest of the Convertible Solutions team, it’s no wonder Convertible Solutions has been, and still is, a leader in the print industry.

Aric and George took a simple idea and made it into a reality.

Heck, 20 years is just the first stepping stone. I can’t wait to see what the next 20 will bring!
