Celebrating the Journey: 20 Years of Convertible Solutions! Chapter 6

In our sixth chapter of our Celebrating the Journey series, we’re proud to shine a spotlight on our European division—Convertible Solutions Europe (CSE). With a small but mighty team of two—Boris Cosynand Kerstin Hinder—CSE has grown into a powerful extension of our brand across the diverse and dynamic European market. Convertible Solutions Europe (CSE) founded in 2007, located in Stuttgart (Germany), has two employees, Kerstin Hinder and Boris Cosyn. Boris ‘core competences are marketing, sales, technical support, general operations and management, whereas Kerstin is key for bookkeeping, back office, warehouse management, customer service, import/export and marketing/management assistance.

CSE’s main focuses are marketing, sales and business-generating activities of the pre-converted paper. The close partnership with local distributors, logistical partners (including 2 warehouses), little production in France and our main manufacturing partner and headquarters, Convertible Solutions LLC, results in a very successful business model offering the European market unique solutions.

CSE’s product portfolio and main target groups are similar to the USA. The only major difference is that the European market is a patchwork of more than 28 countries. Lots of them with own languages, currencies, regulations, legislation, customs, mentalities and expectations.

CSE relies very much on the outstanding Research & Development at the headquarters in Sedalia (USA) and brings not only the product but also the drive, creativity, passion, mindset and customer orientation from Convertible Solutions LLC over to the “old continent”. This innovative spirit, resulting in unique products and close partnership with customers is key to growth and success for 18 years (already!).

Besides the fantastic US-based Convertible team, CSE has also a great and loyal customer base, seen as a partner.  Thanks to the various requests for creative pre-converted substrates, generating higher profits or margins, CSE goes the extra mile and generates new solutions.

CSE is a small company, driving significant changes and milestones in the graphical industries, Boris and Kerstin are very proud and thankful to be part of this incredible journey!
