Soft touch coating is one of the most popular special treatments in printing, and its rich texture adds luxury to business cards, invitations, product tags, and other printed pieces. However, post-press coating and drying increases the time it takes to process a soft touch print job. For short runs in particular, this added processing time can reduce cost effectiveness.
